ARDEX helped turn an industrial warehouse on the Thames to luxury apartments of the highest specification

Ransome’s Dock Apartments

PanDOMO provided the unique subtle character of polished concrete combined with a seamless, hard wearing floor finish

Ransome’s Dock Apartments

Located next to Albert Bridge, just West of Battersea Park, Ransome’s Dock is situated on the River Thames.  Two luxury three-bedroom apartments, in this architecturally impressive former industrial warehouse, were recently renovated to the highest specification.  Greg Stubberfield from contract flooring specialists, The Flooring Co Ltd, used a full ARDEX system to create a bespoke PanDOMO floor.  The PanDOMO range creates a decorative, seamless and very hard wearing surface for floors, and was applied with unique subtle character to craft a polished concrete look and feel throughout the living areas and bedrooms, covering approximately 400m2 over the two renovated apartments.

ARDEX A 38 Ultra Rapid Drying Cement for Internal and External Screeds was used to create the perfect base to receive PanDOMO Floor.  Traditional sand/cement screed can take months to dry, but an ARDEX A 38 Screed is walkable after 3 hour, and can receives floorings in as little as 4 hours, regardless of thickness.

PanDOMO Floor was then applied in a bespoke colour choice, creating the perfect floor for the luxury apartments.
